This is a list of features in this new support system that were not available in the previous program.
- Individual login for each person in your company.
- Stay logged in until you officially log out. This site will not time out.

- You can enter more than 1 reservation per Request.
- Any type of attachment can be used with size up to 10 megabytes
- Customized search options for quick find of existing cases.
- Copy of each resolution will be sent to the individuals email address that entered the Request.
- Ability to reopen an existing Request.
